FAQs

How do I contact you for a quote?

Email sales@dogwoodmedical.com or call 1-800-689-1509. All quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the total bill of material quoted and product availability. If you have a quote that is past 30 days old, please contact us to find out if the pricing and availability have changed before placing an order.

Do you allow returns?

You may return most items sold by Dogwood Medical within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including return shipping cost. Please call or email us and we’ll help get it sorted out!

Do you offer product warranties?

Yes, all products come with our 1-year Dogwood Medical warranty! All warranties are issued by Dogwood Medical, not the manufacturer, and will only be honored by Dogwood Medical. We hope this gives you the peace of mind and confidence to work with us on a regular basis.

What are your shipping options?

We ship UPS for most orders, as we receive a significant discount and are able to pass that discount to our customers through free shipping.

However, we are flexible and willing to ship FedEx, UPS, or DHL upon request.

Additionally, we can set up a courier service for direct door to door delivery when time-intensive equipment is down.

Do you buy new and/or used medical equipment?

Yes! Simply submit a list of the items you’re selling through the Sell Your Surplus form and we will get back to you.

Can I get credit for my defective equipment?

Yes, we often can offer exchange credit for your defective or non working medical equipment. Our exchange credit is normally between 5-15% when buying a refurbished unit. We offer an exchange credit for most non-working units as a dollar amount off of a current order. This credit takes effect prior to the transaction and results in a discount from the original sale price of the item to be purchased.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Personal Checks.

Do you offer product support and maintenance?

Dogwood Medical does not offer maintenance services on products sold. If an item is found to be defective within one year of the invoice date, please contact us and we’ll work with you to arrange a full refund or exchange!

Do you offer rush repair services?

Yes, we offer rush repairs and can often repair your product within 1-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Dogwood Medical ships to the contiguous United States. Please call to request a quote, and we may be willing to make an exception.
